AI Security and Compliance in Healthcare

Trustwise delivers an AI Security and Control Layer, providing AI Trust Management for Agentic AI Systems. Modern AI projects often suffer from scalability issues, not due to lack of ambition, but as a result of unreliability, inefficiency, and lack of control. This creates the Trust Gap, a significant barrier to achieving widespread AI adoption. With the emergence of agentic AI, this gap is further widened, introducing greater complexity and risk. Trustwise’s solutions, known as Harmony Ai, are designed to minimize the Trust Gap throughout the entire AI lifecycle, from simulation and verification to optimization and governance. Our aim is to help large organizations achieve AI Trust and Security at scale.

The Danger of Agentic AI

Agentic AI, while promising in its potential, brings with it a range of dangers, especially from the perspective of a Chief Technical Officer at a large Healthcare company. The following are some key dangers associated with agentic AI:

– Increased Complexity: Agentic AI introduces a higher level of complexity into AI systems, making it challenging to maintain visibility and control over the interactions and decision-making processes of the agents.

– Greater Risk: The introduction of agentic AI amplifies the risks associated with AI systems, including the potential for malicious behavior, drift, or the introduction of poisoned tools, particularly in multi-cloud or partner-integrated environments.

– Lack of Control: With agentic AI, there is an inherent lack of control over the behavior and decision-making processes of individual agents, posing a significant challenge for ensuring the overall safety and reliability of AI systems.

– Unreliability and Inefficiency: Agentic AI can lead to unreliability and inefficiency in AI systems, hindering the ability to effectively manage and govern the behavior of individual agents.

Trustwise’s Approach: Minimizing the Trust Gap

Trustwise’s approach to addressing the dangers of agentic AI centers around minimizing the Trust Gap and providing real-time security, control, and alignment within AI systems. Our solutions transform naked agents into Shielded Agents, ensuring that innovation scales without compromising control. We achieve this by delivering trust-as-code through a range of tools and interfaces, including APIs, SDKs, MCPs, and Guardian Agents, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Our focus on embedding security, control, and alignment into every agent enables us to address the inherent dangers posed by agentic AI, providing a comprehensive solution for large organizations seeking to realize AI Trust and Security at scale.

Stop Governing AI, Start Controlling It

There's a phrase burned into the brain of every security professional who's been doing this long enough: compliance does not equal security. In other words, you can’t be secure through documentation. We’ve learned that lesson the hard way, consistently watching organizations pass compliance reviews while still getting breached. A perfectly completed questionnaire has never stopped a ransomware attack. A SOC 2 report has never blocked a credential stuffing campaign. Documentation describes a security posture. It doesn't create one.
