Duties:

Drive the design, development, and deployment of our core Gen AI; Assurance products, ensuring high-quality code and architecture; Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Conduct code reviews for quality assurance; Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of software and AI/ML developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation; Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and AI researchers to define product vision and translate it into scalable software solutions; and Present technical information to business stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment. Telecommuting permitted. 


Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of experience in a computer software, or related occupation. Requires 5 years of experience in the following:

  • REST API design and development, NoSQL database;
  • Technical leadership and product engineering;
  • MLOps, Golang and Python; and
  • Performance engineering and system knowledge about AWS, GCP, Kubernetes and Docker.
